• Snow hits the East Midlands

• Ethiopian Coffee Tasting

  Ever keen to taste a variety of good coffees, I went to a cupping of 6 different coffees from the Oromia Cooperative.  (Djimmah, Nekempti, Yirgacheffe, Sidamo, Harrar and Limu)  The cooperative have enhanced their facilites and improved their growing and processing techniques so that they are now even better quality than before.  Check the news item on the Ethiopian Embassy's website.  There is a particularly good close up of the back of my right ear...

  Our Sales Co-ordinator and General Manager, Julie, has recently acquired part-ownership of a pony called Bob!  She will no doubt discuss this with you during your next telephone call.  Let us know if you have any spare carrrots...
